Hey there, Thrifty Shopper! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Thrifty Shoppe. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for memberships and digital products purchased through our website.

1. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For BUILDER ($9.99/month) and BOSS ($24.99/month) memberships:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@thewildershoppe.com.
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
  • If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing membership benefits, please contact us within 7 days of the issue for consideration of a partial or full refund for the affected period.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For BUILDER Annual ($99.99/year) and BOSS Annual ($249.99/year) memberships:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the membership.
  • After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
  • If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid term.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

2.1 Templates, Toolkits, and Downloadable Resources

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or completed.
  • If you have not downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you experience technical issues with accessing or using your purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or consideration of a refund.

2.2 Courses and Masterclasses

For digital courses and masterclasses:

  • We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • To request a refund, please email support@thewildershoppe.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.

3. WEBSITE TEMPLATES AND DESIGN SERVICES

3.1 DIY (Basic) Templates – $199.99

  • All sales are final once the template file has been delivered.
  • If you have not received your template within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

3.2 Delegation (Standard) Templates – $499.99

  • You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your completed template if it significantly differs from what was specified in your questionnaire.
  • After 3 days, or once you have requested revisions, sales are final.

3.3 Outsource (Premium) Templates – $799.99

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your completed website if there are significant technical issues that we cannot resolve.
  • After 7 days, or once the website has been launched, sales are final.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@thewildershoppe.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
  4. If applicable, include details of any technical issues you experienced

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. EXCEPTIONS

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside of this policy, please contact us, and we’ll review your case individually.
