WELCOME TO THE THRIFTY SHOPPE!
First off, thanks for being here! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and The Wilder Shoppe, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of The Thrifty Shoppe membership program, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. They’re written in plain English because we believe legal stuff shouldn’t require a law degree to understand. That said, this is still a legal agreement that determines your rights and obligations, so if anything is unclear, please reach out to us.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use our Services.

- Invitation to quarterly community Q&A sessions
- Early notification of upcoming Virtual Coffee Dates
The BUILDER ($9.99/month or $99.99/year)
- Everything in BROWSER, plus:
- Monthly themed digital toolkits
- Access to complete video tutorial library
- Bi-weekly “Builder Blueprint” exclusive newsletter
- Priority access to Virtual Coffee Dates
- Monthly group coaching call
- 10% discount on all Wilder Shoppe services
- Access to exclusive partner deals
- Private Slack channel for Builder members
The BOSS ($24.99/month or $249.99/year)
- Everything in BUILDER, plus:
- Quarterly 1:1 strategy session
- Advanced masterclass library
- Custom-designed monthly content calendar
- VIP early access to all new digital products
- Monthly website audit with recommendations
- “Boss Breakdown” newsletter
- 20% discount on all Wilder Shoppe services
- Priority support via dedicated Slack channel
- Opportunity for “Success Spotlight” feature
2.2 Service Modifications
We’re constantly improving our Services and may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the Services or any feature, without notice or liability.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Security
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
4.1 Fees and Billing
By selecting a paid tier of the Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the tier you select. We may change our fees at any time with notice. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in U.S. dollars.
4.2 Renewals
For paid memberships, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription term.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you may continue to use your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.
For digital products, due to their nature, all sales are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
5. USER CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.
5.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to post User Content or engage in behavior that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- Is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Jeopardizes the security of your account or the Services
- Attempts to impersonate another user or person
- Interferes with the proper functioning of the Services
5.3 Community Behavior
Our community thrives on respect and helpfulness. We expect all members to:
- Be respectful to other community members
- Share constructive feedback when appropriate
- Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others
- Refrain from spam or self-promotion without context
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2 License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
- Download any portion of the Services except as expressly permitted
- Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Wilder Shoppe, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or relate to:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your use of the Services
10. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which The Wilder Shoppe, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
13.2 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
13.3 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
